The salon has a welcoming yet quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Adela continues to work her magic on my shortish bob. Of course, it looks great when I leave the salon. More importantly, however, it's easy for me to style and continues to look fresh five weeks later. I often receive unsolicited compliments that I attribute to her fantastic skill. I also love the massage Adela gives when she shampoos. Aaaaah! Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience with a relatively new stylist Cierra. She is so patient and did a beautiful color and blowout. She takes the time to ensure that your blowout is perfect and it always lasts a long time.

In all the years I've been coming to Robert Laurence (since the Oakland Ave days and I don't mean the church), I've never had an experience that was less than excellent. The artists there are so skilled both technically and personally. Every person I've sent there has reported high satisfaction. The addition of the barbering space is an exciting new development - now I'm taking my son there, so that he can learn about what quality care is all about.
